2. Payment to be made within 24 hours via Internet banking or ATM transfers

3. No refund/ exchange unless item is out of stock or misrepresented. On a case by case basis

4. Delivery can be done by normal postage OR registered postage.

5. We do not process any cancellation once the order has been submitted and confirmed by the customer
